Prima Taste Rendang Complete Sauce is a ready-made sauce from Singapore that makes it easy to prepare the traditional Indonesian dish rendang at home. It contains a blend of spices and coconut milk that gives the meat a deep, aromatic, and slightly spicy flavor. The sauce is typically used with beef, but also with chicken or vegetarian alternatives.

Ingredients: Coconut milk powder (24%) (coconut milk solids, maltodextrin, sodium caseinate (milk), stabilizer (E341)), water, palm oil, chili paste (8.5%) (water, dried chili, chili), galangal, palm sugar, onions, shallots, sugar, garlic, ginger, candlenut, curry powder (1.9%) (fennel seeds, coriander, cumin, white pepper, turmeric, cloves, cinnamon, chili, yellow split peas, star anise, salt, cardamom), salt, lemongrass, modified starch (E1442), soy sauce (water, soybeans, salt, sugar, color (E150C), wheat flour), flavor enhancer (E621), wheat flour, kaffir lime leaves, artificial pandan flavoring. May contain peanuts, sesame, crustaceans, fish, mollusks, celery, and egg. The coconut milk powder, chili paste, and curry powder are not sourced from Singapore.

Preparation: Slowly cook with meat, chicken, or plant-based alternatives until the sauce thickens and the meat is tender.
Preparation: Fry the meat in a little oil until it is fragrant. Add water and bring to a boil briefly. Add the Prima Taste Rendang Complete Sauce and mix well. Simmer the dish over medium heat until the sauce has thickened and has a glossy consistency.
Storage: Once opened, the package must be stored in the refrigerator and consumed within 3 days.
