Preparation:
Cook 500g of vegetables (zucchini, green beans, bamboo shoots, eggplant, green chili, cabbage) in 1 liter of water or clear broth (optional: add 100g of beef/shrimp (omit for vegetarians).
Add Bamboe Lodeh and cook until done. Stir in 2 cups of coconut milk or 70 ml of milk and cook for another 3 minutes.
