Cireng Snack
Cireng Boboko snack is a popular Indonesian street food snack from Bandung, West Java, marketed under the brand "Boboko Snack". It consists of deep-fried tapioca flour flatbreads (Aci Goreng) that are crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside. They are often served with spicy sauce (such as Rujak or Sambal) or as Seblak Cireng (a spicy soup version).
