Seasoning Mix for Chicken in Spicy Coconut Gravy
Indofood Bumbu Racik Opor Ayam is a ready-to-use, moist seasoning paste for quickly preparing the traditional Indonesian chicken dish "Opor Ayam" (chicken in spicy coconut milk sauce). It contains a blend of coconut milk, herbs, spices, garlic, and shallots, and is certified HALAL, making cooking considerably easier.
Directions: Place one sachet (approx. 45g) in a pan with 500g of chicken and water/coconut milk. Bring to a boil and simmer until the chicken is tender.
