Indofood Bumbu Racik Kare is an Indonesian ready-made spice paste for easily preparing traditional Indonesian curry (Kare). It's a blend of natural herbs and spices that creates an aromatic, creamy, and savory curry sauce.
Uses: Ideal for preparing chicken curry (Kare Ayam), typically with 1/2 kg of chicken, potatoes, carrots, and coconut milk.
Kare Ayam (Chicken Curry): Brown chicken pieces, potatoes, and carrots, add the paste, pour in water or coconut milk, and simmer.
Vegetarian Curry: Prepare vegetables such as cauliflower, potatoes, or tofu with the paste and coconut milk.
