Seasoning Mix Spicy Beef in Black Nut Soup
Indofood Bumbu Racik Rawon is a ready-to-use, spicy paste for easily preparing rawon, a traditional Indonesian black beef soup from Surabaya. The paste contains a blend of herbs and spices (especially black nut/kluwek), salt, sugar, and oil to deliver authentic flavor without lengthy cooking.
Directions: Fry the paste in oil, add meat (usually beef such as Sandung Lamur), bring to a boil, and simmer until tender.
It's ideal for serving the soup with classic accompaniments like tauge (bean sprouts), salted egg, and sambal.
