Spice paste for duck soup
Ideal for Asian noodle soups, rice dishes or as a base for sauces.
Dissolve one to two tablespoons of the paste in boiling water to obtain a flavourful broth. Then add noodles, the desired duck meat (or other meat such as chicken or pork) and vegetables.
