Spice Mix For Indonesian Fried Noodles
Preparation: Heat oil in a pan, fry diced shrimp/chicken for 4 minutes.
If desired, add egg and vegetables, add bamboo spice and mix well.
Stir in noodles and continue cooking to enhance the flavor.
Remove from the pan and serve hot.
