Spice Mix For Indonesian Grilled Chicken in Rujak Sauce
Bamboe Instant Spices is an easy way to prepare Indonesian dishes.
Preparation:
Heat 3 tbsp oil in a pan, stir-fry Bamboe Rujak for 1 min. Add 500g cut meat (chicken/beef), stir-fry for 4 min. Pour in 65ml thick coconut milk + 150ml water, add 1-2 tbsp sugar. Cook over very low heat for 15-20 min.
For Chicken: take out the chicken, grill. When done, coat with remaning sauce.
