Seasoning for Chicken/Beef/Oxtail Soup
Shallot (41%), salt, palm oil, nutmeg (9%), pepper (5%)
Boil meat (400g oxtail, beef or 1/2 chicken, cut into pieces) in 900 ml water. Add Bamboe Sop and mixed vegetables (carrots, green beans, celery), turn to low heat until the meat is tender.
Tips for stronger taste:
sautee 2 tbsp sliced/minced shallots and 1 tbsp sliced garlic with oil or butter, add to soup along with Bamboe Sop.
