Spice mix for chicken with Rica-Rica sauce
Shallot 28.9%, vegetable oil, sugar, garlic 10.5%, salt, red chili 6.7%, lemongrass 6.3%, ginger 5.9%, turmeric 5.1%, lime leaves 3.6%.
Heat oil in pan, sautee onion and tomato. Add Bamboe Spice Mix.
Add chicken. Mix well. Stir over medium heat until chickenis half done.
Pour in 400ml water, simmer to infuse flavor.
To Make It More Authentic: add 1 stalk lemongrass and 4 cut chillies on step 1 and Indonesian basil on the last step.
