Cassava Rendang
Rendang Singkong by Rendang Gadih is a vegetarian, dry version of the traditional Indonesian stew from Sumatra. It uses cassava (Singkong) instead of beef, which is deep-fried and cooked in a spicy coconut seasoning. It's a long-lasting specialty, often not spicy, and makes a good snack or accompaniment to rice.
