Sushi & Sashimi Soy Sauce is a milder, slightly sweeter version of classic soy sauce, specially developed to complement the delicate flavors of raw fish and sushi rather than overpower them, often through a blend of traditionally brewed soy sauce and additional natural ingredients for a balanced blend of umami, sweetness, and salt. It is ideal for dipping sashimi and sushi (fish first), but also suitable as a marinade or base for sauces, goes well with wasabi, and is vegan.
