Selera Bumbu Ayam Goreng Lengkuas is an Indonesian ready-made seasoning mix for traditional galangal-fried chicken (Ayam Goreng Lengkuas). Made with natural ingredients and free of preservatives, it seasons 1 kg of chicken for crispy, flavorful results.
Convenient: Allows preparation without additional spices.
Application: One sachet (80g) is sufficient for 1 kg of chicken. Mix the chicken with the seasoning, marinate for 10–15 minutes if desired, and then fry until golden brown.
Taste: Strong galangal aroma (Lengkuas) with a crispy texture.
