Culinary Uses:
Red curry paste is extremely versatile and used in many different dishes.
As a base for curries: This is its most well-known use. The paste is typically briefly fried in oil to release its aromas and then blended with coconut milk and/or broth to create a creamy curry sauce.
For meat, fish, and vegetables: It is excellent with chicken, beef, pork, fish, seafood, or tofu and vegetables.
For marinades and sauces: The paste can be mixed with a little oil to create a marinade for grilled or oven-baked dishes, or to add a spicy kick to dips and salad dressings.
In soups and stir-fries: A small amount of the paste can add extra flavor and complexity to soups or stir-fries.
