For the laksa soup: Mix the coconut milk, water, and Prima Taste Laksa Cooking Sauce in a pot and bring to a boil. Add the fried tofu (tau pok) and simmer the broth for about five minutes. Blanch the laksa noodles (or other noodles) and bean sprouts briefly (about 5 seconds) in boiling water and drain. Arrange the blanched noodles and bean sprouts in bowls, garnish with fish cakes, shrimp, and tofu, and pour the hot laksa broth over them. Serve.
For laksa fried rice: Sauté garlic and shallots in oil. Add cooked rice and beaten eggs and fry, stirring, until the rice is evenly coated with egg. Add the Prima Taste Laksa Cooking Sauce and a little water. Continue frying until the rice is well mixed and fragrant. Add fried tofu (Tau Pok), fish cakes, and shrimp and fry for another 15 seconds. Serve immediately.
