Mango with Sticky Rice
Mango sticky rice is a Thai ready-made dessert. It combines steamed sticky rice with a creamy coconut milk sauce and fresh mango.
In Thai cuisine, this classic dish is traditionally served with a slightly salty coconut note to enhance the contrast with the sweet mango. Roasted mung beans or sesame seeds are often used as a crunchy topping.

Ingredients: Mango 40%, glutinous rice cooked 40% ( glutinous rice, water ), coconut milk 11%, sugar, table salt, rice flour

Preparation: To defrost: Defrost in the fridge the evening before. to heat: Heat only sticky rice for only 800 watts for 1-2 minutes or dempfe for 2-3 minutes.
