Gudeg Komplit is a traditional, wholesome Javanese dish from Yogyakarta, Indonesia. It consists of sweet braised young jackfruit (gudeg), served with rice, spicy sambal krecek (beef skin stew), opor ayam (chicken in coconut milk), telur pindang (brown boiled eggs), tofu, and tempeh.

Storage: Store frozen at -13°. Once defrosted, do not refreeze and use within 2 days.
Preparation: Defrost in the fridge, reheat in a pan with just a little water
