Ayam Taliwang is a traditional, very spicy grilled chicken dish from Lombok, Indonesia, known for its smoky flavor and rich blend of spices (including chili, garlic, and shrimp paste). It is usually prepared with young chicken, grilled over charcoal, and often served with water spinach (Plecing Kangkung).
