A vegetable spring roll is a traditional snack in Asian cuisine consisting of a thin dough wrapper filled with a mixture of finely chopped vegetables and then deep-fried or baked until golden brown.

Preparation: Fry frozen in peanut oil (170°) for approx. 5-6 minutes until golden brown or bake in the oven at 200° for approx. 20 minutes.
