Ragi Tempe (often simply called tempeh starter or tempeh yeast) is the essential starter culture needed to make tempeh from soybeans or other legumes.

Application: Suitable for making soy tempeh, but also for beans, rice, or seeds.

Dosage: 2 grams per kg of beans used.
