Sugar, salt, coriander powder, garlic powder (maltodextrin, garlic powder, garlic flavour, anti-caking agent (E551)), Flavour enhancers (E621,E627,E631), turmeric powder, lemongrass powder, galangal powder, soy sauce powder, tamarind powder.
Evenly coat 1kg of chicken, meat, tofu, tempeh, squid, or hard boiled eggs with Kobe Tepung Ayam Kalasan for 10 minutes or overnight in refrigerator. Add one glass of water (250cc) and cook over low heat until water completely evaporates. Fry in hot oil until golden brown.
