Shallots (39%), salt, palm oil, kluwak (8%), galangal (3%), lemongrass (2%), garlic (1%), turmeric (1%), coriander (1%), chili (0.5%)
Boil 500g Beef until half done, then cut into cubes. Allow 750ml of broth to remain in the pan. Add Bamboe Rawon, 1 stalk lemongrass and 4 pcs lime leaves. Turn to low heat until the meat is tender.
Serve with chili sauce and sliced onion leaves.
