Ingredients:
Shallot (28%), garlic (17%), tomato, sugar, salt, chili (7%), palm oil, lemongrass (6%), shrimp paste (shrimp, salt), lime leaf (2%)
Preparation:
250g beef/chicken/egg/potato/tempeh/shrimp, cut into parts. Deep fry sliced potatoes until golden brown, set aside. Heat 4 tbsp oil in skillet, sauce Bamboe Balado, 2 large red chili slices and 1 mashed tomato. Add chicken (or beef/egg/tempeh/shrimp), 3 lime leaves saute until half done, then add the fried potatos. Pour 30ml water, simmer for 5 min.
