Seasoning for Bali Sauce

Shallot 38%, Chili 15%, Palm Oil, Garlic 10%, Soy Sauce (black Soybean, brown Sugar, Salt, Water), Salt, Ginger 4%
Heat 3 tbsp oil in a pan, stir fry Bamboe Bali for 1 min. Add 1 chopped red tomato and 500g meat of your choice (chicken, beef, hard boiled egg, fish (fried or marinate with garlic for 10 min. first), cubed and fried tofu or potato), into the pan, stir fry for another 5 min.
Add 150ml water (and 1tbsp sugar if preferred), simmer for 20 min. until sauce thickened.
replace the meat with fried tofu, tempeh or potato. Shorter cooking time.
