Wheat flour, Corn flour, Sugar, Skim milk powder, Backing powder, Vegetable Emulsifer, Vanilla flavour, Cocoa powder, Tartrazine E102, Yellow orange S E110
What you need:
12 eggs +/- 700g (8 whole eggs + 4 yolks only)
1 teaspoon cocoa powder
How to bake:
Beat margarine and butter on high speed +/- 15 minutes
Preheat oven (200°C)
Beat eggs with mixer on high speed for +/- 2 minutes until fluffy.
Add the cake flour and beat again on high speed for +/- 7-8 minutes until the dough thickens. Add margarine and whipped butter and stir until evenly distributed. Divide the dough into 3 parts, add 1 teaspoon of cocoa powder that has been dissolved with 2 tablespoons of hot water + chocolate paste (already included in this box) in one part of the dough, leave the other dough plain.
Put each dough into a 22x22cm pan that has been smeared with margarine. Bake the three pans on high heat (200°C) for +/- 25 minutes until cooked.
Cool the cake briefly, then peel the top of the cake so the whip cream or jam can stick. Brush with your favorite Pondan whip cream/jam. then arrange the cakes into a Lapis Surabaya cake. Ready to enjoy.
