Tapioca flour, garlic, sugar, salt, food coloring: E129,
Directions for frying:
- pour a sufficiency cooking-oil in the frying-pam, wait until oil is hot enough.
- put fry cracker one by one in the frying-pan until it expands, turn over once then take it out when it is crispy.
